Border Around This Text With Css
I have this site which was created in FrontPage. I am trying to create a border around the text which is contained in a table. Is there a way to this with CSS so I could update all of my pages? I have not been able to figure this one out.

I appreciate the link. I am aware of how to create borders. My question was with the code I now have could I place borders on all my pages without inserting classes.
