panda32 Junior Member Join Date: 07-26-09 Posts: 1 iTrader: 0 / 0% Latest Blog: None	Problems with phpbb forum hi, i have a problem with my forum. everytime i add a forum and do all the correct permissions for that forum there is no NEW TOPIC button to post a new topic? even as a administrator.. any help would be great
