Online Event Ticket software/script?

I'm in search of a online event ticket software that I can install and integrate into my site. I do not want to give a % of my $$$ to a company, but I am willing to pay an up front cost.

I need to find a eticketing system that I can install into my site to avoid fees. Anyone know of ANYTHING out there???

Also it would be great if it could connect to my ticket printer.

I pretty much want a in-house TicketMaster setup in my back office .
