Smile DW8 - Menu Navigation - How to build
I wonder if anyone can help?

I have surfed the web and found loads of specialised programs and DW extensions designed to create menus in webpages. However, they are either very expensive and/or the demo will not allow you to a) create a sample menu structure and b) actually place it in a webpage "exactly" where you want it.

How does everyone else manage? Can you create a decent menu navigate from within DW8 like spry in CS4?
