HTML and PHP Nuke input.

Is it reallly needed to code html so that w3c will says its ok? I did this site by hand and it turned out ok for a starter site. http://www.freewebs.com/lbcable/index.htm
My main problem with coding is following guidelines exactly. I always end up having worse trouble than doing it like I did on that page. Just doing the best I can at the moment. Doing it that way I normally get the job done.

PHP nuke. I am going to need an affiliate script soon. Someone mentioned maybe doing it in php. I need one that gives a repricol link after filling out a form. mysite.com/aent.html

I read on here somewhere I think that php nuke was heavy on cpu usuage. Maybe I was just seeing things. Could someone tell me the best possible way to have a script like this done.

A year or more ago I used to see tons of these in cgi for free. Now I can hardly find a script like the above needed even for paid. I would greatly appreciate any input on all of the above so I can better understand what I need to do.

Thanks, Doc
