When I moved over to my new hosting this happened. Tried redoing the files but this still happens?

And also, how do you make it so when you put in an url like the homepage, www.electronica-central.com it loads www.electronica-central/news.php instead of index.php?

You would need to verify the data in the .htaccess file is correct. This is also how you do what you want for news.

Well for the news part, I dunno what to even put, I don't know how to use .htaccess files...

Here's what I have in my .htaccess folder, it's straight from the mod_rewrite hack:

Put this
DirectoryIndex news.php
