Why Opera does not render properly
On one page I left off the last part of a doctyle dec - the part with the url in it ("http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd") - opera did not render the page properly, why? If FF it looks fine. As soon as I place it ("http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd") in the page it looked fine in Opera.

the doctype url explains to browsers how to display the site.
Opera might not have html4 loose built in, so it displays it wrong.
