forms, what to use?

I have a need for two forms on my site. I want to steer away from front page server extensions which is what I'm using now.

I have pretty basic knowledge when it comes to scripting and html so I'm looking for something easy.

I've considered using PHP and ASP.NET.

All I really need is to build a couple of forms that email results. This is something that would probably take somebody who knew how to do this a couple of hours.

I'm hosting everything myself on IIS6 so the .NET framework is already there. Do any of you know of samples on the internet that I can use?
