Problem with PHPBB
Hey when I click on a member profile I get this error "Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /homepages/2/d112959473/htdocs/dizzynights/forum/includes/usercp_viewprofile.php on line 164" here is the php file...can anyone spot the problem?

It looks to me like you put that code in the wrong spot.

Take your original usercp_viewprofile.php and put in the photo album code again. Make sure you put it exactly where the directions say to.
