Software for Orders

I'm looking for some web based software that can be used for orders. There would be order forms where people order products (companies, not like an ecommerce website). Then, the forms would be emailed to a few email addresses. The data would be stored in a database, and could later be pulled out to create charts and graphs. I looked for scripts and software, but I could not find anything. Any suggestions?

Have you tried coding this yourself?... it should take a day using php and mysql.

login
authenticate
reset passwords
account maintenance
delete accounts
modify account data
connect to the database
disconnect from the database
start session
erase session data and end session
capture user information in forms
capture order information in forms
clean and prepare the information from forms
check for unique ids and make sure no duplicates exist
update data in database tables
send emails
view user activity

FG, you kinda left out the part where you process the order. Thats the hardest part. How do you expect them to pay for what they order SN3?

They wouldn't actually pay, it would be an invoice thing where they submit the form and then they pay separately.

It's supposed to be form gathering info... not processing payment
