He knows this because he is the owner of the site. I created KASL WebHost and Mark joined into it with me and later bought it and now he runs it as the main developer.

KASL WebHost was always free and always has been. The only thing you *can* pay for is the admin panel which just enhances the program. It is only $15 - but that was there just to support the development of the program.
