I mean don't you see that the sidebar on the right is now below the index file with all the posts?

It's fine in larger resolutions, it only moves down in lower resolution displays.
Also I noticed that the sponsor type links to the right will display as text only in Mozilla but have the banner ads too in IE.

IMO most of your clients/customer are still using IE. If you want to make any kind of money online you need to design for ALL browsers not only 1 or 2. Look at your log files and see what they say. 90% of my customers still use IE. This type of thinking will only set you up to fail. Love or hate IE, it's still the most popular browser around whether anyone likes it or not.
I would agree with Davey, it's ok with a higher resolution but that site has other issues. White naviagation text? Can't barely read it.

It is just after the change of design we have to make sure to not have a maximum width of an image more then 425pxs.
It is only in IE and when the browser is smaller then 800px wide so it is no problem otherways the design is IE/FF/Safari compatible.

Na, just crappy coding. Same thing happens on a Mac using Safari. The ads overlap the "latest threads/subscribe" column.

Error establishing a database connection

Imagine, thanks for that...
As far as Julie's screenshot, it is just like that because we swiched the design, and there are some images there from previous posts that are just bigger then the design can hold, it is only in IE with very low resolution but even with that in the new posts the problem is fixed. I evalutated in our stats and most visitors are webmasters and only about .01% of our visitors use IE with 800x600, but it is no excuse so it will be fixed in new posts

LOL, thank the person who started this thread also!! jk..
By the way, now your WHOLE website is down and it says:
Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.
* Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
* Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.
How about changing your hosting..
