Sign-In Script need to add to html website

Hi!

Anyone can help me with a script to add to my website for people to sign-in.

The simple Form need to be able to let visitor input their :

First Name :
Last Name :
Email :

and also I am looking for those form where they invite people to input their friends Name and email, and later an autoresponder indicating how has recommended them.

Example :

Main person :
Name :
Email :

Persons' inviting :
Name :
Email :

Name :
Email :

Name :
Email :

once the input data are submitted, it will go to a autoresponder and also send an email to me.

...I just want to add this feature to my website.

could you give us a better idea of what the script is for?

Is it for accessing a restricted area? i.e. you want a login script?

And you also want a refer a friend script?

This script would be better written in html so your right there, there is a script for a form on this v7n forum, i will go and find it for you and post it here for you.
