A good place to start learning PHP?

I know very basic things in PHP (echoing text, setting vars, displaying them, just simple things) and I really want to learn more.

What are some good resources you could recommend to me? I'm especially interested in resources which can teach me working with PHP and MySQL together. I'm a pretty fast learner as well.

@wiserack,

Why not you go for video tutorials. There are lots of tutorials available on youtube.com that help you to understand more faster then other resources.

find php and mysql bible and I think is more complex than w3school.com
