Which One Of These Wordpress Banner Ad Redirects Is Best To Use!

I've got some 125X125 wordpress banner ads to a cpa offer that I
need to redirect to preferable with them opening a new window and
staying on my site.

I've done a lot of research for the correct redirect, the ones I pick
I would like to rank in Google for a keyword & the image if possible
which one of these links would work the best.

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question, but let's try to clear a few things up:

First of all, I assume you're "linking out" to an affiliate website - the ones that provided you with the banners. They should have given you a clear specification as to how you need to implement these ads, as you can measure traffic in different manners.

The most normal implementation is to add a query string to the target URL (the website you're linking to), so it looks something like "http://target-website.com/?affiliate_id=123". The target website could also check that the visitor was referred from your domain (this information is automatically set, you don't need to do anything). Regardless, as you say it's CPA, the target website will need to track the visitor and keep it marked as "yours" - through a cookie, in most cases.

Now, all the examples you posted are more or less equal, but let me break it down:
HTML Code:
<a href="http://target-site.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"> <img src="/path/to/image.png" height="125" width="125" alt="A descriptive text here" class="banner_125x125"> </a>
  • The href is the URL to your client's website - complete with a special landing page in case that has been provided. If you need to include the parameter I mentioned above, it goes in there as well.
  • To open the target page in a new tab or page, you'll want to add target="_blank" to the anchor tag.
  • The rel is often used to indicate advertisement etc. You should include this.
  • Specify height and width directly in the image tag - not in style="..". This makes page loading faster.
  • The alternative text is there for non-graphical browsers and search engines. Note, however, that anything surrounded by a link will be related to the page the link leads to.
  • Adding in a class will allow you to style the banner(s) easily through CSS.

Hope that straightens things out. Good luck!

this is the best from your choices..
HTML Code:
<a href="redirect.html"><img style="border: 0px solid ; width: 125px; height: 125px;" alt="ALT TEXT" title="your title" src="http://www.mywebsitename.com/mybanner.jpg"></a>

SEO wise.. an image should have an alt attribute to make the image readable by a crawler. There's no problem in adding target attribute to make it open in a new window.
