That's nice. You work in Dilbert's office?

These items are stored in a DB or hard coded pages? Sometime they are even embedded in the script or a configuration file.

We are going to need more information in order to even offer a suggestion.

Generally when one is adding the METAS to a page dynamically those values are stored in the DB as an additional field along with the body content. The META values are input into the DB at the same time the content is. They are retrieved with a query before the HTML begins and the print or echo command will display the information as a part of the <head>. Something like this:

PHP Code:
<META name="description" content=" <?PHP echo  $meta_desc ?>">
    <META name="keywords" content="<?PHP echo  $meta_words ?>">
    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="./style.css">
    <title>  <?PHP echo $sitename " | " $title?></title>
Reworking an old site would require manual entry for each existing article after the correct fields were added to the DB tables.
