Live streaming service or web script?

As a job recruiter I'd like to be able to interview job candidates remotely via web cam. Can you recommend a streaming video service or script (for a web page), where candidates can talk live via thier web cam so I can interview them? Not Skype, I'd like them to go to a web page, not have to download anything.

Google+ hangouts is the first thing that comes to mind.
