Is this error occurring on a particular script? Is everything on your server (PHP, Zend, etc.) up to date?

Yes , I have everything up to date, the other pages work Ok

This error is occurring with a particular URL. Looks like it finds the controller and trying to call index method but here it throws some ACL exception....related to access?
