A few problems with my phpbb2 skin...

Hey guys, I'm new around here but I hope you can help I've recently modified the subsilver skin for my board to something that will suit for my clan. You can find the link here...

I'm having a few little annoying problems however. Firstly, whenever a scroll bar is present on the board, the background around the board modules (2 gray strips down the sides) shift to the left by a few pixels. Secondly, when you are posting a reply, in the topic review pane, the blue subsilver bar is still there, not my dark grey one. Lastly, when you login, the logout / check private messages buttons are missing.

Any help would be appreciated.
