Wordpress integration With costume made PhP script

I have a site like where user can sell and buy stuff
Now i want to integrated Wordpress in that site
Meaning when someone reg in my costume made PhP script They also can login in my Wordpress blog So they can write or comment there .
I just want to grab user name and password from my costume made PhP script to Wordpress.
So how can i do that.
Please help

I don't think anybody can help you without looking into your custom script.
You need to ask the original developer to do that or post in the Looking to hire" section.
