Can I use absolute positioning in a fluid site?

Can I use absolute positioning in a fluid/liquid site?
When resize the browser, the DIV (position absolute) follows the DIV (position relative) with which it is related? How to do?

the inner div that has position:relative means that the inner elements in it will be related to it..

Try using % instead of px.
Also look at wc3 for a CSS re-order to be re-sized.
