Question Firefox (10 & 11) width % issue

I have a header in Firefox with a parent of body. The body width is set at 99.9999% and the header is set at 100% width. The header will not show at the full width. Any suggestions?

The header does display properly in Chrome, IE, and Safari.

You give Title 100px and to the Quote u give 20px. Just try 80px to title and let see or use 100%
