(Adobe Flash) Animation?

I saw that many users of this forum use some of Adobe products. I guess I can find someone who is also interested in learning Adobe flash Animation... Or, if there is a better software for this purpose, I would be grateful if you share the name of software with me.

Does anyone know any online tutorial or something where I can start learning about Animation? Or give me some Advice on this subject?
