VERY SIMPLE php /mysql script needed. will pay

i have a mysql table setup, with the following colums :

id password ips buddy email blocks

I need a script for people to register. People will fill out a form, that will contain username, password and email. ips buddy and blocks will be left empty. the script will then write this to the mysql table. (obviously script must check id is not taken before registering it)

I then need another part to the script where people can login, using the mysql table, and will be able to edit the following fields; password, buddy, email, blocks

must be done in php. Im not looking to pay too much, I can pay by paypal. If you can do this for me, pls reply here or get me on aim 'nu3net'
