Integrating Separate Forum W/ Website?

I'm interested in integrating a separate site with my current. The reason why is because they're a Forum Site and we're a Blog that's interested in having a Forum.

I was thinking about just creating a button on our Navi Bar that would lead to the other website but we want the accounts to be linked. So when you create an account on Site #1, it carries over to Site #2.

Site #1 : www.Spawnshield.com
Site #2 : www.thegamersrepublic.com

Site #1 is a Wordpress Site

I have no clue what software your are using and that may complicate things. Assuming both sites are on the same sever using the same DB tables you should be able to do that with some custom scripting.

Yeah that's exactly what I'm looking for. But I think I'll just wait until we can afford to have a professional do it for us, or we can afford to develop forums on our own site.

It never hurts to take your time and do things right the way you want it. Good luck.

Well I've tried using bbPress on my Website but had a hard time. I've done everything else on my site myself. The whole Forum aspect has been giving me a hard time though :/
