Question Want to track video on my site(this is for the big guns)

I have a site 3d-creativedesigns.com it’ basically chrome friendly. So here is my question, I have a video on my site on the left side of the webpage. I want to track how many of my visitors pressed the paused button. I know that I can do it with Google event tracking code but I am so confused where to use the event tracking code. Should I use it inside the Google analytics code or somewhere else? Any help will be excellent .

If you upload the video to YouTube and then embed the video on your site the YouTube analytics is pretty good, tells you how long the user stays engaged and lots of other useful stats on how your video is doing with the audience. I am quite sure you can link Google analytics to your YouTube videos and get very details stats about your video.

Make the video private in YouTube search so it can only be found on your website, this will give you better stats.

I know only one tool to track video on your website, even if this is only one tiny benefit of using it!

It is called Easy Video Player, and you can read/watch a detailed user review here :

I havn´t used the Google Event cody by now, but I will try it out for sure!
