Need help with date/time problem

I bought an auction script and had them install it.
everything works fine exept for the part when someone adds an item.
If you add an item and click list item it is closed as soon as you list it.
The date is messed up in the listing.
You can see what I mean on the main page I listed one of my other sites as a test so you can see what happened.

I have cantacted the people I bought it from and installed it, and have had no response for 2 weeks, but when they got my money they installed it the same day. now nothing.
