delaying redirect

I posted this in the wrong forum earlier! hopefully this is the correct one.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to set a delay time for redirection after a form has ben submitted?

I would like to be able to set a delay time of say 15 seconds.

I have been using the follwoing to set the redirect:
<input type="hidden" name="redirect" value="urlname">

Any help appreciated!!!

Use a meta redirect. It has a time variable that you can use (in seconds)
