Welcome to v7. I removed your duplicate post. Asking the question one time in one forum is enough.

Linking a banner is done using the HTML hyperlink. A normal image is displayed in this manner:
PHP Code:
<img border="0" src="mouse.jpg" alt="Picture of a hammer, wrench, mouse and keyboard"
To turn that into a linked image one simply uses the href tags while not adding any descriptive text:

PHP Code:
<A href"pagename.html" > <img border="0" src="./images/mouse.jpg" alt="Picture of a hammer, wrench, mouse and keyboard"> </a
Adding just to show the difference, a normal text link looks like this:

PHP Code:
<A href"pagename.html" This is a text link </a
Now if you are trying to direct them to your site the http: sitename/ goes before the pagename.html part

No reason for two identical posts from the same member in the same thread, so moderators normally removed one of the posts, i can see that is what have been done in this case

It was posted in coding and in graphics. It is no big deal. You would have heard from me if I thought it was. I left the question where the reply fit best and sent the other to the recycle bin.

It was a very good question; something I personally never did before.

We remain here to answer more good questions.
