V7N's JS Translator Problem

I found this website:

In your directory and I planned to use it on Sixty6 Arcade:
http://www.sixty6arcade.com/

But if you click on the translate buttons, it looks like it's going to translate and then it gives this message:

Not Found
The requested URL /translate_c was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.36 Server at www.sixty6arcade.com Port 80

I didn't even know I needed this file, does anyone have any input or anything? I followed the instructions carefully!
