Alignment of a few items

I am having trouble making some tabs center on my page. I am using the "sliding doors" effect for my menu bar but cannot get it to center on all screens...some screens start to stack the items. I am planning on launching this site in a few days here is the url to the test site. Also the search <div> on the right side...how do I make it justify right on all screens?

Thanks and great forum...I think I have found a true goldmine of knowledge for development as it is.
