hi.. i am looking for someone who can do some very simple programming in php.. its like a automatic link exchange script which give a unique id to the website which registers and then ranks on the base of incoming hits.
The sign process is very simple and can be found on the page below:

The top list (30-40 links) are displpayed on every page on th bottom right.. (check th website)
The rest of the links go on a seperate page:

I want this to work on my wordpress blog.. so would need the output such as the toplist and the coollinks page as a INCLUDE which i can just put on the side bar of the page so that i dont need to copy the whole script there..
any help?
