Need cron jobs help

I need a cron job script to run every 10 minutes. I thought I had set it up correctly but keep getting this error:

/bin/sh: /usr/bin/lynx: Permission denied

You do not seem to have your server set to run admin/cronjobs.php every 10 minutes

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Or tell me if my host is the problem.

a sample crontab entry would look like this:

*/10 * * * * /some/script.pl

if you can't execute lynx you may try:
1) wget
2) GET
3) POST
4) curl
5) a script (php/perl) using sockets

Are you trying to execute lynx or your php?

admin/cronjobs.php (here you seem to be executing your cronjobs?)
or this is just part of the hosting management software?

I am confused...
