ideas for a programming site.

What do you think of the idea that just came into my mind.

There are a lot of sites offering scripts, phpclasses etc.

what you think of a site about functions ?
e.g. in php, perl, javascript etc

may you suggest a good CMS that will handle several access levels:
guest, user, operator, administrator or should I write it myself from scratch ?

by the way I just bought funcs.org (under construction now).

js:
if this thread is incorrectly placed here, do move it to appropriate category.

thanks.
I am planning functions to be prefixed depending on the category.

example:

hosting_get_quota()
feeds_get_feeds()

Am I missing something ?

I don't have enough context to say you're missing something. That's probably the right answer to your question, though. Functions, objects, what have you are only re-useable with education and context. So yes, naming conventions are great, but remember that you're making 30-40,000 assumptions that your reader probably hasn't made by the time they read your words.
