how to display part of an image that has faces

how do I detect and display part of an image that has faces assuming the image is to be displayed in a div.

</div>

.do{
width: 200px;
height: 200px;
}

Face detection is a difficult problem and it's still not easy to accomplish. You cannot do this in HTML (unless you already have the rectangle for the face? in which case you just do like stackoverflow.com/questions/493296/css-display-an-image-resized-and-cropped), so you'll want to do a web search for "face detection XYZ" where XYZ is the programming language for your web application.
