Always skip button

I'm making a splash page with a flash as the centerpiece. I was thinking of making two buttons, one 'Skip Intro' and the other 'Always Skip Intro'. Obviously I don't need help with the first button, but is there an easy way to do the second one, perhaps using cookies. The splash would have to be html, as php is on the other end.
Thanks

I don't understand that one, but as for 'always skip' - you need a cookie, which can be set in a PHP page before the HTML code is sent (before any echo or print commands for example), as cookies are sent in the HTTP header data.
