Responsive site template & dreamweaver etc

Hi all

It seems everything has changed regarding websites these days there's lots of new terminology and technologies etc. I'm about to build a new site and have a few questions for you webmasters here, hope you don't think I'm asking to many questions here, all the questions are related to one thing, responsive websites.

1. wheres the best place to get a responsive mobile friendly template I can use with Dreamweaver CS5.5

2. Whats the difference between a mobile friendly and responsive template or website

3. Do I have to do anything different with my seo with these types of sites

4. Is there an ebook I can download or purchase explaining this process step by step.

Hope some of you people can help me out with these questions

Thanks alot

I haven't used Dreamweaver in a while now since I tried the first generation responsive design attributed version. That said, I've also never used templates with Dreamweaver. I've created the layouts and interfaces from scratch, but a simple search indicates there are templates out there. Now, I don't know how easy they are to implement, and if each template is indeed responsive or not, so you will have to do a little digging on your own to determine that factor.

A responsive design can be "mobile-friendly". A "Mobile friendly design" could be responsive, as well.

SEO is SEO is SEO. With responsive sites, it's no different than any other site out there. A true mobile format or mobile apps may be approached differently - I can't say for sure. So, how you perform on-page may differ slightly in the way SEO page elements are formatted, but off-page would still be the same.
