How can i work image hover by html css ?

I know web design basic .I am make a website and there have lot of image .i want make all image hover but i do not know how can i make hover effect.any body help me.

that is such a broad question that I cannot answer the question in one post. It depends on the type of hover and what is supposed to happen

Generally I would just use google with css questions, because basically everything has been already answered.

My advice would be to go to this page, select your type of hover, look at the code and customize on the page untill you have what you desired.

you can put a class on all of the html elements and use a class selector, or use a more complicated selector to select all of the images/menu items/whatever and then use the :hover pseudo class selector in the css to apply styles.
