Coding: Alignment Problem in Navbar

Hi guys. It really sucks to be a newbie in coding

Ive been encountering small problem here and there with my site and have managed to solve each issue one by one. I still have two problems I am stuck with.

One problem I have is the alignment of the popup navbars. Here is a pic:

As you can see the alignment is off and I do not have any idea how to fix this. My navbar code is attached in a word file:

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
