Transferring site to new server & CSS doesn't work!!
Help please!

I'm working on transferring a site to a new server.
Here is the existing site
www.edgewatervillagehomes.com

The new site is at this location

For some reason the css is not showing up on the "new" server. I even tried on some pages to just use Dreamweaver's page properties box to get the background color to show up and it's not working that way either.

Any help is appreciated.

Or fixed or fully propagated.

Sometimes happens that way when your new pages are trying to retrieve your old settings and vice versa.
