How do I make a voting code?

I need a "vote" code which let visitor to vote something from my page.

Almost the same as your hit counting issue ... figure out what storage you want to use, and the rest is pretty easy. What sort of programming languages do you like? Do you have database programs installed on your server that you can use? Let's hear some details about your server setup and what you feel you are capable of coding.
