How do I rip the audio only from a .swf

I must be getting old.

I'm trying to "borrow" the audio from a website that is running flash. If I go to page source I get the .swf file. But since I don't have flash I was wondering how I can just get the audio.

I imagine the audio is on my computer since it's playing right?

Where do I look?
