Problem with IE7 Viewing.

I just started to get my site together, and although there is a long way to go, my big problem is :
Everything looks fine on Fire Fox, but when I use IE the design does not hold its astetics. I have heard this is common, is there a fix that anyone could share?
Its a Wordpress Template. Here is the Link D.WEB.>>

I am looking at the site with both browsers side-by-side. What is the problem specifically. I do see the 2 or 3 pixel difference in spacing around the image on the home page. I have seen things like that between FF and IE7. I am still trying to figure out a really clean answer to that myself. Is that the issue or are there others.

I also get a javascript error on IE7 on line 33, character 28. I don't get that in FF. You need a little more margin around your images regardless of the browser. Text butts right up against the images in both.

On a side note, you image on "Consulting/Development" is squished. Looks like it is being resized by the height and width settings.

Hope some of this helps, and let us know what you see the problem as.

OK I just finished cleaning up some of the code errors, and tested it on IE, and it looks comparable to FF. ( first time working with code)

I hope it will be fine now until I can get one of our programers to look at it.

Yes, I will take care of that image now. Thanks.
