I looked at the inclusion and it looks ok but without seeing how you are including it and what the style for containers are, I'm not sure what the problem is.
One suspicion is that if you are just looking at the inclusion in a browser and seeing the margin at the top, that is an issue with the body having a margin by default on most browsers. At least I think it is margin. Since your inclusion has not body tags, you don't have any way to change those margins. I think that is what is happening on the link. As an inclusion, that would be dictated by what is around the inclusion.
