Contact Form and Go To Url Question

I have a general contact form on my site that includes some of my services. I want the ability to have a user go to the "Request a Quote" page when one of these services are chosen instead of them continuing to fill out the general contact form.

However, I also want the other options in the drop-down to be sent via email to me. So I need a combo jump menu/drop-down menu. Is this possible? If so, where would I need to look to learn more about this?

I've searched Google and gotten info on pure jump menus or just plain drop-down menus but can't seem to find anything on combo menus.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You will have to capture the "onchange" event on the dropdown with Javascript. And when that event is triggered, you can call a page with ajax to send that email.
