Integrating a search function

Greetings!

I would like to add a search function to my photography website but it needs to link to the database driven content. Could someone point me in the right direction? The site is built on asp if that helps.

Cheers,
Jas.

Hello,

You need to create a database, put a search form in your page, and then develop ASP code to search within the tables in the database.

Hope this helps.

you can also add a google search box but you have to wait till google index your site and ALT tags to your images to make search more relevant.
the other option is to have several keywords/tags for each photo and make a query that uses them
