Time Estimates

I'm working on a school project in which an organization will be developing a simple CMS. I need to make valid time estimates in order to calculate the time needed to complete the project. I need individuals who have done similar work and could provide a time estimate per task. The estimates don't have to be exact just take a look over the information provided and give a gut estimate on how long this would take. I would highly appreciate it if you would provide me an time estimate in hours.

Login module- just a simple one user login with a database storing usernames and passwords

Announcement module- Allows a user to add an entry to the main page. Two categories can be chosen for ex news/updates. Also includes the ability to delete and edit. The news/updates would be stored in the database as well.

Calendar module- Includes drop down boxes for month, day, and year. Allows a user to add information to a day, delete, and edit the information as well. This information will also be stored in the database

3.1.3 Pseudo Code for login module
3.1.4 Pseudo Code for announcement module
3.1.5 Pseudo Code for calendar module

3.2.7 Create login module
3.2.8 Create announcement module
3.2.9 Create calendar module

3.2.1 Develop test scenarios for login prototype module
3.2.2 Develop test scenarios for each prototype module
3.2.3 Develop test scenarios for each prototype module
3.3.4 Test the login prototype module using the scenarios
3.3.5 Test the login prototype module using the scenarios
3.3.6 Test the login prototype module using the scenarios

It depends on which technologies you have available, if you are using a framework or not, how much experience you have, etc.

In my case, having 4 years of experience, my own framework with pre-developed code and using PHP, it would take me about 50 hours to complete it.
