Question Any PHP Survey Script Recommendations?
I need a new PHP/MySQL survey script. I don't need anything radical like question branching, save and return, email results, etc, just a good, solid, simple and fully customisable script. My only request is that once the user clicks submit then they are taken to the results page where all the answers are graphed.

Free too

I've seen PHPSurveyor and PHPESP which haven't really grabbed me by the balls, any others?
