need assitance on solving css ie browser prob

there should be no white space between "contact us" block and "see our work" block .. same with bottom border.. it screwed up somewhere when i was setting my #bottombar with absolute position

and also when you do a 2 or 3 col layout
how do you align 2 images side by side in one col?

if you look at the "who we are" page you will see whta im talking about the the side by side alignment
