Could someone please help?

I have pictures uploaded to my site but when u right click on them it does not come up Save Picture As it just says Save Backround As, Set As Backround and Copy Backround

Sounds like the pictures are used as a background rather than from an <img> tag. As damien_ls mentioned, give us a link and we can take a look. Probably answer very quickly then.

What kind of software you use?

Check your picture MIME type.
It is better if you can give a link
